Steaks in lemon sauce and a salad

What you need.


Salmon, cut into pieces, each weighing 150 grams, of a piece.
Salted butter 1 tablespoon salt, pepper, cayenne, lemon juice, mustard and cream.
And sour sauce. Apply for fish.

3 tablespoons salted butter.
Chopped shallots, 20 g.

2 tablespoons lemon juice.

3 tablespoons whipping cream.

1 tablespoon white wine.

To prepare for making a salad.
100 grams of boiled potatoes, cut into pieces.

Salad cream, 30 g.

Onion 1 tbsp.
  Fry the bacon for garnish.

How do
