T-bone steak.

T-bone steak.

Garnish.

1. Beef or pork T-bone and two pcs.
2. Salt 1/2 tsp.

3. Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp.

4. Vegetables, fresh or boiled vegetables taste different.
 
Dressing
1. 3 tablespoons olive oil.  
2. Red wine vinegar 3 tablespoons v GA.
3. Onion, chopped 1 tbsp.

4. Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp.

5. Salt 1 tsp.

6. Brown sugar 2 tsp.
How do
1. A piece of meat to mix with salt and pepper. Leave it for about 5 minutes, then be grilled or fried (medium heat) to cook and grill or fry the pieces to each side, about 4 minutes.
2. Prepare the dressing by placing all ingredients in a glass bottle. Shake to combine.
3. A piece of meat to a serving dish. Dressing topped with fresh vegetables. The vegetables were cooked to taste.

Note
- Red wine vinegar is V GA. Of apple vinegar and oil. Purchased by Supermarket News. But what is not. You can use vinegar instead.
- If you can not buy beef. The T-bone or pork can be. You can use tenderloin instead.
